This is one of the best communities in Spruce Grove for nearby location amenities. This mature area includes some of the largest lots in Spruce Grove. Some of which are near 0.5 acres in size. Development started before the 60’s and went into the 70’s
This is a great spanning neighbourhood and is close to Spruce Grove’s core downtown. There are many amenities to walk to including Century Crossing which has shopping, restaurants and a movie theatre. Also, this neighbourhood is near Broxton Park School, Central Park, Heritage Trails, an outdoor ice rink and a tobogganing hill. When it comes to walkability, can’t beat this community.
The downside is you won’t find those great kitchen pantries, large en-suites or attached garages in these older areas.
