Construction started in late 90’s and development is still ongoing, although the vast majority is done. Lakewood has close access to Century Crossing which has a tonne of shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance.
Lakewood also has its own outdoor hockey arena which is maintained by the city of Spruce Grove.
