Located centrally in Spruce Grove, Millgrove is an older neighbourhood with many large custom homes that were developed in the late 70’s and early 80’s. Marlboro Drive in Spruce Grove has the most private and large back yards you can get, this drive backs onto Heritage Grove Park, which is a large forested area with walking trails throughout and is a big reason residents love Spruce Grove. But all areas of Millgrove are great, this is a well-kept area with pride of ownership throughout, the trees are mature, the lawns are green and there is no better place for taking a short walk.
Lots of parking, big streets and many homes have driveways and front garages. This area has Millgrove School and is only a short walk to Woodhaven School.
