There are many beautiful things about this area, including big yards, mature trees, great parks and an overall excellent curb appeal when you tour through. Grove Meadows is a large area and originally constructed in 1979 all the way up to 1995. They also recently added on to Grove Meadows in 2006.
Grove Meadows also got a newer school: GreyStone middle school with grades 5-9 and is walking distance for kids living in Grove Meadows.
There are two convenience stores nearby Grove Meadows and its walking distance to Jubilee Park, Spruce Grove’s largest park and community gathering area
