This is one of Spruce Grove’s newest communities, although unlike other new communities this was recently farmland in which Spruce Grove surrounded, now developed and McLaughlin is surrounded by Spruce Grove. This area is walking distance to the Tri-Liesure, many restaurants and shopping centers. Not many areas in Spruce Grove could someone be comfortable without a car but this would be one of them, you can walk to eat, get groceries or to the rec center, all in under 5-10 minutes.
This area features townhouses, duplex’s, single family detached and even an new (2013) assisted living apartment building.
It has very close access to Heritage Park walking trails. The parking is tighter then you would find in Legacy Park, Harvest Ridge but better then denser neighborhoods like Spruce Village
