Fieldstone is one of Spruce Grove’s older upscale communities and many of the properties in Fieldstone back onto The Links Golf Course. Development in this community started in the early 80’s and finished in the early 90’s.
The homes in here are all custom built homes and when this neighbourhood was constructed there were great architectural guidelines set in place, for example, cedar shake shingles as a minimum standard.
This area has mature trees, large streets, sidewalks throughout and is close proximity to walking trails and the Golf Course. In some parts of Fieldstone you could walk with your golf bag to the course. There is no back alley and all garages are attached.
If you have kids going to high school, this is an advantageous location being just across the road from Spruce Grove Composite High School. The only downside is coming and going during lunch hour or when school is getting out at 3:15 pm can be a traffic jam.
Homes in here will be one of two prices, upgraded or not. However investing money into a home in this community would be a sound choice.
