One of only a few neighbourhoods in Spruce Grove that backs onto the Links Golf Course. This is one of Spruce Grove’s upscale neighbourhoods which has many of Spruce Grove’s finest homes, but with the majority of the homes being modestly upgraded single family dwellings.
Lots of parking, parks, playgrounds and walking trails. This area recently expanded and continues to grow as of 2015. The oldest of homes would not be older than mid 90’s. All single family homes with many styles but with more bungalows than you can find anywhere else in Spruce Grove. The area also features adult bungalow communities where allot of snow birds will dwell.
Great access in and out of Linkside with great curb-appeal throughout, it’s a neighbourhood of second and third time home owners who care and take pride in the upkeep of their yards and neighbourhood. Not as many young families as in Deerpark, Harvest Ridge and Lakewood, but still very family friendly overall.
